Product Warehouse Flow (In And Out) Or Tracking (History Of Product Activities)

G3w offers the option to obtain the tracking of a material or all the materials in a warehouse over a period of time; i.e., it
informs us about the turnover of materials in a warehouse. Any kind of stock increase is considered an entry (receiving a
supplier shipment, transfer from a warehouse, positive adjustment after an inventory etc.); whereas any kind of stock
decrease is considered an output (used for a job, transfer to a warehouse, negative adjustment after an inventory etc.).

Product tracking only works when the product is stock control enabled. Controlling stocks implies, for example, decreasing
the units count from the linked warehouse stock based on how many units our technicians have used to carry out their jobs;
or conversely, increasing the materials units of our warehouse stock when a supplier delivery is received, the stock of the
materials is increased in the units received.

This step is carried out from the Main menu / button Warehouse /button Warehouse flow (in and out).
The Warehouse flow (in and out) window opens in which we enter the appropriate search filters:
• field warehouse: we select the warehouse from which we want to obtain the tracking of a product
• field material: we select the product whose warehouse flow (in and out) we would like to know. If left blank, the list
is obtained for all materials in the warehouse.
• field date from: we select the date from when we would like to obtain the report
• field Date to: we select the date to when we would like to obtain the report

We click the option accept to obtain the history of that product from that warehouse.

A window with a table displaying the warehouse flow (in and out) opens. We can find out the date and the time of each
movement, the origin and destination of the movement, the stock level before the movement, the quantity entered and exited
throughout that movement, the updated stock after the movement, the amount unit and the total amount.
