Registering Geolocatable Materials

We can register geolocatable materials from the Main menu / button warehouse / button geolocamaterials.

We access the Geolocamaterials window with a series of fields and 2 options (query and insert).

We click the option insert and a table is displayed where we have to fill in the information to register the product:

• field code: we enter an alphanumeric code that allows us to identify the product

• field serial number: we enter its serial number

• field description 1: we enter the description

• field description 2: we can enter additional information for identification

• field delivery cost: we can enter the product’s delivery cost to the client's premises. If we fill in an amount greater

than 􀀀0, the system will allocate this amount to the job as yet another item when the delivery job of this product is

completed

• field collection cost: if we fill in an amount greater than 􀀀0, the system will allocate this amount to the job as yet

another item when the withdrawal job of this product is completed

• field status: it shows the current product location. The statuses are: "in our warehouse", "in delivery", "at the client’s

site" and "in pickup process". Obviously, when a product is registered, the only viable state is "in stock".

We have to click the option insert before entering the materials data.

If we wish to interrupt the registration process, we click the option cancel.
